This hot filling machine is special made for filling product like wax, vaseline etc which need heating up before filling.

This automatic heating filling machine was developed by our team import foreign advanced technology on the base of hot heating production market requirement. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304. Designed with various heads and specification accordance to customer's demands. It is wildly used for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and other industries production.

Brief Introduction:

This hot filling machine is special made for filling product like wax, vaseline etc which need heating up before filling.
Piston type , filling system is driven by servo motor which is accurate on the filling volume and convenient of filling volume setting.

The whole filling system: product hopper, dosing system, filling nozzle all are heatable for maintain product temperature.

And product contact parts of the machine is made up of 304 stainless steel( 316 stainless steel is available for optional)

Can connect with cooling tunnel after filling to cool down the product in the bottle immediately.

Process steps:

Manual pour empty bottles into bottle unscrambling machine -- > sorts bottle -- > hot filling -- > nature cooling ( or industrial refrigerator cooling ) --> aluminum foil sealing -- > capping machine ( or crimping cap ) -- > ink-jet printer -- > finish
